Y52 series diaphragm valve is divided into Y521, Y524, Y526, Y528 four models. Among them, Y521 on behalf of 1-inch diaphragm valve, Y524 on behalf of 2-inch diaphragm valve, Y526 on behalf of 3-inch diaphragm valve, Y528 on behalf of 4-inch diaphragm valve. In addition to Y528 diaphragm PP material is not, the other three types of diaphragm are divided into three kinds of materials, namely PA, PP, NORYL. The diaphragm of each material also corresponds to two different signal interface: NPT and BSP, which adapt to different applications.

Main Features

1)Low Pressure Loss- The diaphragm valves utilize a dual-chamber Y pattern design to control internal flow, with large seat opening and high lift disc permits higher flow rates at lower pressure comparing with other valves. This design makes the control more flexible, reliable and durable, and minimizes switching defects that a single-chamber valve may have.

2)Long Diaphragm Life- Preformed and stress relieved diaphragm minimize fatigue, maximize valve responsiveness and diaphragm lifetime.

3)Corrosion Resistant- All internal parts in contact with media are made of composite materials. Seals are ethylene propylene for better chemical resistance.

4)Adaptable to a wide range of control devices.

5)Valve is operated by introducing either hydraulic or pneumatic pressure.
