Description

The pressure relief valve of compressed air filter adopts rolling diaphragm. When the pressure at the input end fluctuates, the diaphragm of the pressure relief valve automatically adjusts to make the pressure output stable and ensure the pressure stability.

Application

The combined filter pressure relief valve can select high precision pressure relief valve according to the requirement of output pressure precision. In the process of using, the compressed air can be removed oil, water, dust and other impurities in the compressed air through two-stage and three-stage filters, which greatly improves the service life of the valve diaphragm and the precision of regulating pressure. The service life of the filter element is longer, and the filter element and the decompression element can be repaired separately in maintenance, without the need for overall replacement, which greatly saves the cost.

Principle

Rotate the adjusting screw clockwise, adjust the spring force and press the diaphragm downward, and move the connecting spool and chassis downward. At this time, a path is formed above the spool chassis, and the air pressure is exported through the outlet.

When the outlet pressure rises to the set pressure, it is transmitted to the bottom of the diaphragm through the outlet pressure sensing hole, and the spring pressure is balanced, and the set pressure is maintained.

When the outlet pressure is greater than the set pressure, it is transmitted to the bottom of the diaphragm through the outlet pressure induction hole, and the hole between the diaphragm and the chassis opens. The outlet pressure is transmitted to the spring chamber through the hole and discharged to the atmosphere to maintain the set pressure.
