Our dial thermometers work on the bimetal, expansion or gas actuation principle. This enables scale ranges of -200 to +700 °C in different class accuracies, response times and resilience to environmental influences. Diverse connection designs, stem diameters and individual stem lengths enable a flexible measuring point design. Dial thermometers with capillaries are particularly versatile. All thermometers are suited for operation in a thermowell if necessary.
Top-mounted level indicator
The model UTN top-mounted level indicator consists of a measuring chamber, a float with guide rod and a magnetic system. Mounting onto the vessel is made via appropriate process connections (flange, thread).
Bypass level indicator
The level gauge model BNA consists of a bypass chamber, which, as a communicating tube, is connected laterally to a vessel via at least 2 process connections (flanged, threaded or welded). Through this type of arrangement of the level gauge, the level in the bypass chamber corresponds to the level in the vessel.
Analogue ventilation duct temperature sensor
The model A2G-61 analogue ventilation duct temperature sensor with analogue display is used for monitoring the temperature in ventilation systems.
Thermomanometer
The model THM10 thermomanometer combines the measurement of pressure and temperature in one instrument. This enables the control of both measurement parameters at one single measurement point. The built-in measuring elements – Bourdon tube and bimetal coil – provide for reliable measuring results.
Machine glass thermometers
The model 32 machine glass thermometer is mainly used in industrial applications such as machine building and also in heating, air-conditioning and refrigeration technology.
Gas-actuated thermometer with electrical output signal
The electronic WIKA transmitter, integrated into the high-quality mechanical temperature measuring instrument, combines the advantages of electrical signal transmission with the advantages of a local mechanical display.
Expansion thermometer
This series of thermometers is universally suitable for machine building, refrigeration and air-conditioning industry. Expansion thermometers can be installed in or mounted at nearly all locations. Versions with capillaries are used in locations which are not easily accessible and where long distances have to be bridged.
Gas-actuated thermometer
The model 73 gas-actuated thermometer has been developed and is manufactured in accordance with the EN 13190 standard.
Bimetallic thermometer
The models A52, R52 bimetallic thermometers are the entrylevel model among process thermometers. The target markets of this thermometer are air-conditioning and machine building.
Bimetal thermometer
The model A43 bimetal thermometer was developed as a standard version for simple temperature indication in heating applications.
